McDonald's in Nuremberg

Mega friendly service! Was served by a Japanese woman with a smile and a good mood! Despite Corona! This branch has always freshly prepared everything and customer friendliness is very important! I was also received very nicely when I picked up the menu - even a short hello from "Fatma" - the management ? It's a pleasure!

Very unfriendly employee at Mc Cafe. She doesn’t open children's cafe because of Corona, but she’s 3 normal ones ...

Normal McDonald's in a central location. The staff is used to work under stress and does it well.

Well what can I say normal average for an MC Donalds

Make sure to check the order before you drive out of the drive! A hamburger in a cheeseburger package! Forget the sauce on the ice cream! Ordered 12 nuggets, only got six!

Rate places really negatively after I've been there several times (mine at least 3-4 times with it) because sometimes something can go wrong with everyone, which is human, but with these six times the wrong was given 4 times or what was actually ordered was missing completely and the staff are very rude. Now it was the last time I was there when we weren't even allowed to choose the toys from the kids menu (there was still something of every kind, so there wasn't just one kind) and when we asked if you could buy it Can't choose ourselves, we were treated very aggressively by the employee "Yes, which one we want when it has to be"

Ordered 2 menus and only got 1 glass. Sloppy answer when asked. Last Sunday in other branches, always the same ordered. Always get 2. Looked up especially for all the large menus, there is one. So first and last visit to Heisterstrasse!

Funny rules there now, food you can order for take away but you are not allowed to eat in car on their parking. Staff is sending people to norma parking to consume the food...

Bad service at night

I go there often. But one evening I sat in the restaurant for about 30 minutes and waited for my order. Got a bad evening, probably. But otherwise only to be recommended.

Really nice place to eat and be with kids. The food is ok.

First we were moaned because we didn't automatically know without notification that we weren't allowed in because it was too full ... Although it was almost empty inside. You don't need to sit outside, the waiting car of the drive in only makes you smoke.

Do not understand the course of the operation, ordered from the machine and waited 30 minutes, cheeseburgers were cold and hard, spoke to staff, were offered an exchange and nothing came after 15 minutes. Leave locally without exchange. Work still needs to be done on staff and customer complaints must always be correct.

Since when a simple chichen burger is having salsa sauce instead of ketchup? And we ordered a salad and received just a knife to eat it. I am sorry I didn't check at the place. Also both burgers were so dry. Not good.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been. They gave me a knife for my salad instead of fork, burgers were dry. Maybe that's why, they thought I'll need a knife to cut burgers.
